All payments are via UPI. After selecting your doctor and time slot, you'll see the doctor's UPI ID and a QR code inside your dashboard. Pay using any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), enter the transaction ID, and optionally upload a screenshot. Our team verifies within 24 hours.
If verification takes longer than expected or fails, you'll see a rejection reason in your dashboard. You can email us at shaktide.info@gmail.com with your UTR number for a manual review. Refunds are processed within 48 hours if applicable.
Yes. If your session is cancelled before it takes place, a full refund is issued to your original UPI account within 48 business hours. Sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable. Contact support with your booking ID for all refund requests.
Yes. Every doctor on ShakTide holds an MBBS degree or higher and has verified clinical experience. We manually review credentials before a doctor profile goes live. You can view their specializations, hospital history, and bio on their booking card.
Absolutely. Your intake form and health information is visible only to the specific doctor you've booked with. It is never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and stored with encryption. You can request deletion at any time.
